Welcome to AI Maayai (“App”, “Website”, or “Services”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or kiosk-based services, you (“User”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.


1. Eligibility

  • AI Maayai services are available for all users.
  • If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • By using our services, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into binding contracts as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Privacy & Data Policy

Data Collected

  • Images & Media Files: Captured/uploaded photos or videos for AI processing.
  • Contact Information: Mobile numbers, email addresses, or social media handles (only when provided for delivery or communication).
  • Usage Data: Device/browser details, interaction logs, and preferences to improve user experience.

Purpose of Use

  • To generate AI-based outputs (photos, virtual try-ons, social media content, etc.).
  • To deliver results via WhatsApp, email, QR code, or direct download.
  • To provide customer support and improve service quality.
  • Marketing: WhatsApp numbers shared with us may be used to send service updates, promotions, or offers. Users may opt out anytime by replying STOP.

Storage & Deletion

  • Captured images are automatically deleted within 24 hours from our servers
  • Contact details (WhatsApp/email) are stored securely and not shared with third parties for resale.
  • We do not permanently store or sell user images.

Third-Party Processing

  • AI Maayai uses trusted providers for processing the images.
  • These providers may process or temporarily hold data under their own privacy policies, beyond AI Maayai’s direct control.

Data Security

  • Data is transferred securely through encryption where possible.
  • Access is restricted to authorized systems only.

3. User-Generated Content & Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Upload/share content that is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or violates the Indian Penal Code (IPC) or IT Act, 2000.
  • Upload images of minors without the consent of a parent/guardian.
  • Misuse the platform to harm others or engage in fraudulent activities.
  • Disrupt, hack, or compromise the functionality of AI Maayai.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property related to AI Maayai — including AI models, technology, branding, and designs — belongs exclusively to AI Maayai.
  • Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal and lawful purposes.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

  • Certain features/services are available via paid subscriptions or one-time purchases.
  • All payments are subject to applicable Indian taxes, including GST.
  • Failure to make payments may result in suspension/termination of access.
  • Refunds: Unless otherwise stated, payments for AI-based processing, subscriptions, or event services are non-refundable, as processing resources are consumed instantly.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AI Maayai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage, including:

  • Data loss
  • Unauthorized access
  • Third-party claims related to generated content

7. Consent Requirement

Before using any service, users must consent to:

  • Capturing, uploading, and processing of images/data.
  • Automatic deletion of images within 24 hours.
  • Storage of WhatsApp numbers for delivery and (optionally) marketing.
  • Acceptance of this Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, Privacy Policy, or applicable laws

Upon termination, user rights to the services cease immediately.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu courts.

Where possible, disputes will first be resolved through arbitration/conciliation before court proceedings.

10. Modifications

AI Maayai reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Policies at any time.

Users will be notified of major changes. Continued use implies acceptance of revisions.
